Featured Animals: Bengal Tigers
Our
Mission
Our mission is to teach the importance of the preservation of
nature, our environment and the effects on our present and future
lives. Through education, conservation, exhibition, research and
recreation, the zoo will provide the information needed to promote
positive attitudes and actions about nature and about conservation
as a local and global issue.
An
Interactive, educational experience
Our zoo is an
interactive zoo. Participate in feeding, training and playing with
the animals. You will have the opportunity to have supervised close
encounters with our tigers, bears, lion and even our parrots will
talk to you!
Animals from around the
World
We
have animals from around the world.
Coatimundi’s, monkeys, parrots,
llamas from Central and South America. White-handed Gibbons from
Malaysia, Wallaby’s from “The Land down under.” Lemurs from
Madagascar, Bengal Tigers from the Far East, Camel from the Middle
East, Black bear, American buffalo from our country, Canadian Lynx
from up North are just a few to mention.
We
are a non-profit corporation. We are supported by donations alone, no government
funding. The Zoo is growing and we are getting closer to our
goals. We still have many projects in the making. In the future,
we hope to have natural enclosures for most of our animals. We
cannot meet our goals without the support of our community. Our
volunteers are the back bone of the park, more are needed. Expand
your experience by getting directly involved with the animals and
park.
